Dave Baker (right), editor of Kentucky Afield magazine, the official publication of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources, holds a large channel catfish caught by his son, Jefferson, out of Upper Game Farm Lake at the Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Headquarters. This lake is enrolled in the Fishing in Neighborhoods (FiNs) program that uses supplemental stockings to provide high quality fishing near Kentucky’s more populous areas.
