Chad Miles, host of the “Kentucky Afield” television show, holds a 23-inch largemouth bass he caught in June on a Shakey head and straight-tailed worm a few years ago from Nolin River Lake. June is a transitional month for largemouth bass, but those who fish the right areas and depths should catch plenty of fish.
